Over 100 Cal Alumni, current Cal students, family and friends attended the San Diego Cal Alumni 2023 Holiday Party on Saturday, December 16th. This year’s party also included the watch party for the 2023 Independence Bowl between Cal vs. Texas Tech and a fire spinning show during halftime.

Cal Alumni in San Diego celebrated the Golden Bears 27-15 win over Stanford in the 126th Big Game on November 18, 2023. The watch party was held at Chief’s Burger and Brew in Solana Beach, CA.
San Diego Cal Alumni Club is hosting the 2023 Holiday Party for Cal alumni and current students. The event is free and families/friends are welcome. Food and drink will be provided and a Fire Show. We will also be watching the 2023 Independence Bowl. Kick-off is at 6:15 p.m., PT.

The event took place at the home of Celia Garcia, Class of 1984 and President of the San Diego Cal Alumni Club.
Over 130 incoming students, current students, alumni and guests attended the event.

Cal alumni can give back by volunteering to interview incoming students from the San Diego area for the 2023 CAA Leadership Awards. Interviews will be done virtually via Zoom. No previous experience required.
